Jeff turned pro in 2005 after graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Sports Marketing & Management. He graduated from Q-School on his first attempt and got his card in 2006. The 28 year old has four second place finishes; in 2007, he tied for 2nd at the Wyndham Championship, and in 2010, he finished 2nd at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, the HP Byron Nelson Championship and in the inaugural Greenbrier Classic. Following this tournament, Overton reached the top 50 of the Official World Golf Rankings for the first time.
